About the San Fernando Valley International Film Festival The San Fernando Valley International Film Festival, Inc. (VIFFI) is Incorporated in the State of California as a Nonprofit charitable organization, and operates under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. All donations, monetary contributions and gifts are tax deductible. VIFFI is fully supported by public and corporate sponsorship, grants and private donors who share our mission. VIFFI is a proud member of the Universal City / North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce.
Our mission is to promote and encourage the endeavors of the International Creative Community in all media, by providing exposure to their productions and writings by way of a film festival held in the San Fernando Valley.
